The Terms & Conditions mentioned are to set the basis on which the customer can use our online website www.telonmen.com, Customer Support as well as stores for placing the order for items to be purchased from TELON INDIA. By ordering, purchasing goods and services from www.telonmen.com, it implies that the customer has understood and accepted all the website and company Terms & Conditions. The customer also permits Telon to contact them for marketing purposes via email, messages and calls for communicating upcoming product offers.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our website provides shipping to all and any Indian addresses as well as International shipping to almost all over the world.
Delivery within India is free shipping and is not restricted to any order value. International shipping shall incur additional shipping cost.

The time taken for delivery is subject to the ease of finding your delivery location.
Any local taxes, VAT or custom import duties applicable in the country of the customer where the product is being delivered, are not the responsibility of Telon India. These vary as per the destination country and are to be borne by the customer. Telon has no control over the said charges and cannot predict its occurrence due to varied policies of the varied country. The customer needs to bear in mind that the shipping services provider may levy service charges over and above the custom duty, which varies on a case to case basis and might have to be borne by the customer.

PRODUCT COLORS
It is practically impossible for Telon to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and medium. We wish to clarify and ascertain that every customer who orders any outfit from Telon is aware of these variations.
Our effort will be to meet your expectations constantly and thus avoid any misunderstanding or discrepancies through our online store.
SIZING
The fit of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to you.
WASH CARE
All of Telons products are handcrafted using the finest materials. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery and similar other processes. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect ; handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
All garments should be cleaned only as per the washing instructions provided on the website. We recommend the garments should be dry cleaned only using the services of a reputed company. In case of a garment getting damaged due to an incorrect wash / cleaning procedure, Telon will not be liable for such loss.
All disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only.
